Care You Can Truly
Feel Good About
We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your children—especially during moments that matter most. Golden Hour Littles was built to provide a calm, supportive, and thoughtfully managed experience, where kids feel comfortable and parents can fully relax and be present.
Our Story
Golden Hour Littles began with a simple realization—weddings are designed with incredible care, but childcare is often treated as an afterthought. With years of experience in both nannying and hospitality, we saw the need for something more intentional.
What started as helping families navigate childcare during busy events quickly grew into a more thoughtful, full-service approach. Today, we create calm, engaging spaces for children within high-energy wedding environments—so parents can be fully present, and kids feel just as cared for as every other guest.
Meet the Team
Gaby Rojas
I was born in Mexico and moved to the U.S. at nine, and not long after, I found myself constantly surrounded by children—helping in my mom’s daycare, babysitting, and naturally becoming the one kids gravitated toward. Caring for little ones has always felt like second nature to me.
Now, as a mom of nearly 15 years and with over a decade of professional childcare experience, I bring both personal and professional understanding to every family I work with. I know the level of trust it takes to leave your child with someone, and I carry that with me in everything I do.
What began as a natural calling has grown into something much deeper. I focus on creating calm, supportive environments where children feel safe and happy, and where parents can fully relax and be present.
That’s what led me to Golden Hour Littles—bringing thoughtful, elevated childcare into weddings and events so families can enjoy every moment, knowing their little ones are in good hands.
Joanna Delao
I moved to the U.S. from the Philippines at 13 and was raised by my grandmother in a home full of cousins. As an only child for many years, that close-knit, vibrant “village” shaped my early understanding of care, connection, and the importance of looking after one another. I carried those values into a 17-year career in hospitality, where I built a strong foundation in professionalism, attention to detail, and high service standards. Alongside my career, I remained a trusted caregiver for friends and family—but everything became clearer when I became a mother to my daughter.
Motherhood deepened my perspective and brought a new level of intention to the way I care for others. I realized that combining my background in hospitality with my love for caregiving created something truly meaningful—an elevated, thoughtful approach that families genuinely need. Together with my best friend, Gaby, we brought that vision to life. With her experience in nannying and my background in hospitality, we created Golden Hour Littles—built on the belief that childcare should be handled with the same care, professionalism, and warmth we’ve spent our lives cultivating.
